Do not use this company. Ordered on 1st May, received goods 6 weeks later. Order was incomplete, no conditioner, hairdryer was loose in box, rattling around with attachments, having clearly been returned by a previous customer. Hairdryer overheated immediately & emitted an offensive smell. Returned goods & had confirmation from Gooseberry that they had been received on 2nd July. Having now read previous reviews I’m not surprised that I am yet to receive a refund, despite numerous emails & them telling me that it has been processed. Absolutely appalling customer service.
