I ordered over £70 of Kevin Murphy products on 19th February and after I should have received my order, I contacted them to ask where the order is. They replied saying there was a delay but should be delivered the following week. Well, this then became their default response as I started emailing every week asking where was my order and was told the same even when I directly asked if they had the products in stock. As I like to use independent businesses, I trusted them to honour their responses. Then the coronavirus pandemic came so I eased off communication. So I contacted them this week regarding my order and to my utter disbelief, the same response has come back with a delay in internal deliveries... after 4 months!? I emailed back I am expecting delivery by 12th June. Today, had an email stating they can’t do it by then, so obviously their previous email was a lie as they know they don’t have the stock. They have offered a refund, however, looking at these reviews, I’m doubting it’ll come back anytime soon. I never write reviews but the way my order has been dealt with is appalling and quite frankly, they have stolen over £70 from me and selling stock they clearly don’t have or can even acquire. Do not order from these charlatans.
