I ordered a bottle of shampoo, and the price was so good I later ordered a second one. This was Nov 24th and 27th of 2019. On Dec 2nd 2019 I asked them if they had an update cause we wanted one for a Christmas give. On 3rd Dec an email apologizing say there was a back log, but if we are happy to wait we should have them in a couple day or we could cancel and get a refund. We were happy to way a few more days. On 17th Dec, we said we would have to get a refund on both orders if we wouldn't get them before Christmas. On the 19th Dec we asked them again to refund both orders, and again on 6th Jan, 15th Jan and 25th Jan then asking either for a refund or the product, as they are still selling it on their site. As of the 27th of Jan 2020, no reply or refund or status of any kind. Its £43 they owe. I feel sorry of those who are owed more. Not so Cheery, Tonia
