I saw the advert on facebook , which said have you ever been mis-sold an investment which i had some years before.
I contacted them, within a couple of days a lady phoned me back, i gave her my details, she was very helpful, and said it usually takes a few weeks, we will keep you posted along the way, which they did.
8 weeks later i recieved a nice cheque, i would recommend anyone who has been mis - sold an investment plan to contact them , it is a very easy process, they were very professional and helpful from start to finish.
