Mis-sold unit trusts by Bank in 1998.
Had complained to Bank then -- but to no avail, paperwork thrown away by me a long time ago, so did not expect any positive outcome.
However after some 8 months the Bank finally paid £7,305 plus £150 for their tardiness in dealing with the matter -- RESULT!!!
