GoodSync did what its advertising said it would do and with that aspect of the program I am satisfied. There are two aspects of GoodSync that have not been satisfactory. 1. The stream of advertising asking me to upgrade to the "Professional" level which I do not need. It was clogging my email inbox so I asked GoodSync not to send it. But it kept coming. In the end I had to label the mail as spam i.e. for automatic deletion. 2. My understanding was that I could run the software I bought on both my home machine and my laptop without buying another license. I asked GoodSync how to copy or download the necessary software but never received a reply. It is a nuisance not having it on my laptop when when traveling. So, the software it good but the administration and communication side of the operation needs work.
