My conversation with support. I'd recommend checking out other more reputable software vendors. I bought a perpetual license, but they ended support and pulled the download off of their site. Now they want to sell a “perpetual license” for $299 for the same product I already bought a “perpetual license” for. Anyone who purchased a perpetual license in the past, should still have a license now. It wouldn't be very smart for me to buy it not knowing if you'll honor support and updates in the future, or pull the version I bought off of your website and tell me "GoodSync v11 is doscontinued long time ago and not supported anymore. GoodSync v11 is no longer available for download". Get my point ;-)
