I made a return and I argued that the colour of the product wasn't right. The customer service employee avoided having any conversation. I have been shopping from Goodhood for almost a decade (mostly in-store) and I didnt expect this treatment and I made a negative comment here. After my feedback, the manager got in touch and immediately tried to take action to fix this. That's very appreciated. Thank you
