In truth the service from GH is very, very poor you start to get a feeling that I every time you order with GH it’s some sort of ‘crazy game’ will I or won’t I get my delivery? Will my delivery be on time? Will my delivery be accurate? Will my delivery be refunded due to lack of stock? The list is endless but by now I’m sure you get the drift! This is a huge shame as I always want to support the little guy I’m an avid fan for independent concept stores and have always shopped preferably with them, but ‘ by GH own admission’ there is a agreement that the service if very poor and certainly not to the standard of which it should be! My advice is yes it maybe worth purchasing online with GH but do not expect delivery to be on point and be prepared for disappointment, this can also be said for there return policy,
Receive an item can take 7 days return an item can take 7 days (don’t forget to submit for approval on line prior) refund can take 5 working days
Process to get you money back can be extremely long and please don’t attempt to call the customer service team they won’t answer just send an email a prey the respond but don’t hold your breath this may also take some time
All the above is true to personal experience, this isn’t a personal attack on any of the GH team just pointing out flaws which I believe should be ironed out especially when you consider todays market and the fight the independent shops have on there hands
