After having received an email saying the product I bought was on its way, I proceeded to try tracking it…….to no avail! I then made a call to customer service as it was to be sent Royal Mail 48hr……after speaking to a person, I was PROMISED he would get back to me after looking into it. If I hadn’t called them back a couple days later, lord knows how long I would have had to wait! After the second phone call the time I was given was half an hour and they would get back to me. Three hours later, I was still waiting, so I rang…….yet again. Excuse, after excuse was given. Having run out of the item…….more coming from Germany……..then why send out emails to say it was on its way!??! Very, very poor customer relations! Very dubious about ever ordering again!
