I love the Good Life Letter but I have to express disappointment with the breathe-free salt inhaler. Basically, who is going to sit for 20 - or even 10 - minutes holding the applicator up one nostril while keeping the other nostril closed with the other hand? When I read that it was a new design I assumed that this difficulty had been overcome but as far as I could see it was the same as the one I bought about two years ago. I have not been able to ascertain the efficacity of the treatment, much as I should like to, because I have been unable to follow the instructions for long enough. 20 minutes is a very long time to hold everything in position and do nothing else (because you can’t even hold a book and turn the pages) and I defy anyone to do it. Sorry.
