AVOID! After year's of problems we finally left, or tried to leave. They cancelled my move to the new supplier multiple times. Introduced new cancelation charges which were never explained to us when we signed up. Worst of all due to their own incompetence (them swapping on-peak and off-peak readings for years) they extorted our family out of over £1,000 due to their own mistake and Juliet Davenport (CEO) stood proudly by, utterly shameful.
