Sizes are twice the size you would expect for a pony. Ordered a 4’9 for my daughters pony and it came big enough to fit our 15hh horse. Ordered some hi vis boots in a pony and they are twice the size and big enough to fit a 16hh horse. Quite disappointed if I’m honest.
