Unfortunately my parcel got lost - buried in a Royal Mail sorting office somewhere. I asked for a refund and they said it would take about 30 days for them to claim back from Royal Mail. To be honest my contract is with the supplier who took my money for goods not delivered. Not the delivery company. Very dissatisfied.
My parcel did finally turn up but not a great experience all round. Won’t shop with them again.
