I ordered 2 x 5’9” fleeces but you delivered 1 x 5’9” and 1 x 5’3” U returned the one that was the wrong size but you have advised see below.
We are now beginning the process of inspecting the returned items. Once the inspection is completed, we will notify you of the outcome - this can take 2-3 working days. If all the items are in acceptable condition, we will initiate a refund/ exchanges as soon as possible.
Why is it you cannot accept that you have made a mistake by delivering the wrong size and send a replacement by return post. Why do you need 2 to 3 days for an inspection. Just a simple apology would suffice with an assurance that the correct item has been despatched.
