Goboplus sent my order in two packages (error of their employee).
Uk is no longer in the EU so you have to pay customs fees because I live in France. So I paid twice 50€ customs fees.
I asked for a refund the custom fees and they accepted but suddenly they no longer respond to my emails. Why?
