I ordered a few items before Christmas and it was nearing Christmas and i hadn't received them so i contacted their customer service, i wasn't initially happy because they took a week to respond but when they did respond they apologised for the delay and said they were receiving a large amount of queries as is expected during this period, they provided me with tracking information given by the retailer and i received my items a few days later so everything went well and was pleased with how they dealt with my issue
