Only one complaint up to now.I had ordered a duvet set on the 5th of March but when nothing had arrived by the 21st,I phoned the supplier up. They claimed to have no knowledge of the order. I told them I had sent an e-mail on the 18th which they then found. The lady I spoke to apologised and said she would be sending the item forthwith and should be with me by the end of the month. We shall see!
