Very impressed with Gogroopie and their customer services, particularly Jamilah. I had problems with an order that had not been delivered, which, unfortunately went on for several weeks. Jamilah from Gogroopie answered each of my emails in less that 48 hours, communicated the issues to the supplier and also informed me of my options. Although, I am very disappointed with the supplier, I am very impressed with the quality of the service that Jamilah and Gogroopie provided; she was professional, quick to respond, and supportive. I did eventually receive my order. I have ordered other items via Gogroopie and have had no issues; receiving them quickly, and carefully wrapped. I highly recommend Gogroopie.
