I have not yet used the timber purchased using Go Banana.
I found the process straight forward and, when eventually placing my first order ( in excess of £1000), I was disappointed that my e mailed order receipt mentioned delivery taking between 10 and 30 days.
After a quick message to the seller the matter was satisfactorily resolved and the time between ordering and dispatch was minimal. The courier contacted me two days before delivery and arrived at the time specified.
All in all a good service and smooth ordering process. I would use it again.
