Sorry to say I am experiencing exactly the same problem. An engineer who simply hasn't a clue, a customer service that matches his incompetence and every attempt to gain more money from us. My cooker is in a much worse state than when they touched it - a total shambles. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! They need shut down..
