Fraudulent Transactions.
The Royal Bank of Scotland declined a payment to them as fraudulent. A year previously I'd paid to get a repairman to come and look at my cooker, and in the confirmation email they mentioned free membership of some scheme which I'd never asked for and never used.
A year later, they attempted to charge me £49.99 for it.
If a high street bank routinely blocks their payments, it's clearly not an isolated problem.
