Absolute waste of time! The first engineer they sent out visited the property for five
minutes then just left saying he couldn't fix it, costing me £169.99. The second one didn't even turn up, saying he couldn't come out after 6pm, despite my telling Go
Assist the tenants were only available after that time. When I called to request a
refund I overheard the operator call me a f***ing c**t as she was transferring me
to "customer services!" Avoid like the plague, this company will NOT fix your problem,
while charging you extortionate fees in the process.
