Shocking service
Engineers have no idea what they are doing and order wrong parts - parts are ridiculously expensive so think they make it up - Would never use again or recommend to anyone I have been waiting 8 weeks for someone to repair my cooker. They don’t answer the phone either and pass you backwards and forwards to different departments and don’t have a clue what they are doing
