Absolute garbage, paid for engineer to come out for the washing machine, 5 minute visit, didn't know what was wrong but still wanted to order £120 parts of what he "thought" it could be (seals), I cancelled at this point...Customer service is misleading and only interested in keeping you paying the insurance. £120 lost for nothing.
Do the research and avoid. I should have checked the reviews first don't make the same mistake
