Have a service plan with GG. My boiler stopped working on a Saturday and, when I called them, I was told that no one was available to help until Monday as no technicians worked at weekends. When asked what I was supposed to do over the weekend I was told I would have to wait until Monday. Thinking that they may treat it as a priority on the Monday, I got a call from them at 4pm!
Fortunately, I fixed it myself.
