I would recommend this company to anyone who wants solar panels installed. We have had them for just over 1 year and it's helped reduce our electricity bill. The company were professional and explained the process so we knew what to expect. Everything happened on the agreed dates and the installation was done in the day. They explained the app on my phone, and we now have a full years data so we can see easily where the energy we use comes from, either the panels, the battery, or the powergrid. Their customer service is better now, and will help with any queries we have had and some issues too which were all resolved satisfactorily. We have communicated by phone and email, and we always receive an answer/explanation quickly.
