Misdiagnosed issue by 1st engineer as confirmed by the 2nd engineer, have waited weeks for them to resolve the problem, they're now stating that I need to pay a second call out-charge?
They promised a great deal but in reality were absolutely awful and a waste of my time. They also want to charge 50% mark-up on parts supply.
