My ‘antique’ (1992…) De Dietrich oven thermostat stopped working - oven was overheating. Glotech managed to locate a new thermostat!! And the lovely, helpful engineer (born the same year as the oven!) performed the initial diagnosis & then quickly removed the old faulty thermostat & put in the new one. Oven is now not overheating & I don’t have to spend on a new oven!! Thank you
