Waited in from 8 til 2 pm which was the arrangement. He arrived at 2:25 pm. Nice young man but late very late said he had left message early morning but had sent to landline?.
I had given the details of problem to company prior to visit so was surprised afte 5 mins to be told the item needed a new door at a cost of approx £285. Cost of visit £89 including vat. Clearly this could have been done by phone at a much less cost. Item now useless because to spend the above costs rather are mas much as buying new.
Very disappointing!.
