Two guys came and confirmed that our fridge freezer was not cost effective to repair. Very friendly and helpful.
They did suggest that their sales team calls us to offer deals on a replacement. I agreed, but said that they had to act fast as we were without a fridge freezer. They suggested someone would call later that day or next day.
However, we only received a call 4 days later, which by then, we had already ordered, took delivery and fitted the replacement via AO. Shame, because I was willing to talk with Glotech for this.
