Very friendly and prompt service.
Disappointed, however, to find the full call out fee charged given the part needed was no longer in production, despite asking on the phone in advance if that kind of issue was likely to be solved on an extraction fan 10+ years old. The fee is a lot for 10 minutes work.
Missed opportunity to make a gesture and ensure I come back in future. Now, it's just rememeberd as another average brand.
