1. Positive: engineer called before arrival, obviously familiar with the Miele dishwasher. Checked machine thoroughly, and cleared the fault. Excellent.
2. Negative: Online, offered same day pm or next 2 days am or pm. Chose same day pm. In afternoon got call saying couldn’t get engineer until 3 working days on. I felt this was a con to stop me looking elsewhere. Why promise something obviously unachievable?
