Asked for an afternoon visit as had an appointment in the morning was contacted by phone and told they could only come in the morning I would have been back for 12:00 Di was very unhappy that the engineer didn’t arrive until 12:20
I am still trying to work out how a morning appointment is 8:00 to 13:00 but an afternoon appointment is 12:00 until 17:00
Never heard such rubbish and after all that all the parts weren’t in stock and he told us to buy a new one and charged us £85
