Requested visit for a vibrating washing machine. Assumed it may be bearings. Paid the £75 labour charge. After a 5 minute look he advised the chassis was corroded & uneconomic to repair.
There was no offer of a partial refund for the minimal time looking, only a discount on installation charges if I bought a new one from them.
