Sadly, we were promised we would have it in two weeks, but it actually took four - which I am confident was due to the macro environment and the challenges procuring vehicles. That said, the level of customer service throughout the journey was fantastic. Communication was regular throughout and as it was my first time leasing a vehicle, I had a lot of questions but Charlie Ridler always gave me the time to answer them which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
