I love Makar original gin , my favourite, so I was pleased to use your spring offer last week to buy two bottles. Delivery was prompt so no complaints. However I was disappointed to receive an email flier on Friday with the additional offer of 2 glasses and 2 tonics, which I had missed by having already made my purchases. I did send an email on Friday suggesting that I was sent these as a gesture of goodwill but have had no response. So how about it?
