I rated the Glasgow 2014 shop before my order arrived as they seemd very efficient in keeping me up to date with the progress of my order. However in the event I did not receive any of the souvenirs I had ordered as some became out of stock and the rest got lost in transit.
Overall a very disappointing experience.
