I ordered my goods on 3rd August when one item was listed as out of stock. I assumed the other items would be sent out and the out of stock one would follow. By the 18th I had heard no more so phoned the help line. I was told two items were out of stock and as the games were over they would not be getting any more in and that was the reason for the hold up of the whole order. I asked why they could not have told me this sooner and the reply was that they were very busy. As I was due to go on holiday I was told they could either process the order straight away or wait till I was home. I asked for it now and it arrived on 20th August. Good service in the end but too long a delay initially. One item ordered was sent in the wrong size and although the other sizes are correct they are all on the small side.
