This is the second time I have used Gildeas. Each time they have been thoroughly professional. The caseworker for me on this occasion was Ruaridh Henderson, who was very diligent. Although I am sure at times he must have been frustrated with the time I would take to respond to his emails even though his phone calls to me were dealt with immediately.
I would recommend them, albeit they were appointed to my case by the insurers.
I gave them a 5-star rating as I never had any issues with them.
