After my accident I was phoned by Gildeas and initially rejected the compensation route. I was asked to wait several days and then i was called again whereby i agreed to pursue compensation.
This process was completely stress free. The staff member (Kirsty I think) was great and extremely helpful.
Overall a great service that ended with a positive result from me.
