Probably 2.5 out of 5. Service good, product less good. Easy to use and quick delivery service. Quick response to email query. Stamp itself not as good quality as one previously ordered elsewhere. Either picks up too much or too little ink and text rather too small to be seen as well as I would like, despite prior assurance by the company it would be ok. ....Wish I could remember where I bought my previous stamp! Paid more for this one and it wasn't as good as the original.
