Joining Rosemary Conley online is one of the best things I've ever done. That is not an exaggeration! As an at home mum, going to a diet club in the evenings has proved impossible. I was overweight and miserable, I was trying to lose weight,but got completely stuck in the overweight category and could'nt shift the scales. I realised I needed something more. I'd lost weight with RC in the past and thought I'd give the website a go. It's brilliant. It gives me discipline, there's loads of recipes, short exercise DVD's that fit around and into family life, online advisors that get back to you really quickly when you have a question or need diet support. What is really great is that there are different diets to chose from, it's not one size fits all, I found one that works for me (The life Change Plan) I'm now 5lbs off my target weight, a trim size 12 heading for a 10, not bad when you consider I was once in a Monsoon size 18. Very happy with site. Looking forward to following the maintainence plan. :-)
