My experience with GetHair was entirely a smooth, well-coordinated process, which left the unmistakeable impression of dealing with experienced professionals. Going far from home, leaving one self to the care of others can test your ability to trust, but what helps indeed is to feel that you are in the hands of people who know what they're doing. Furthermore, a little extra praise to the patient coordinators I met in Istanbul. They were exactly what I hoped for in that situation; relaxed, caring, informed and kind. Plus charming :) Made the whole experience there, while new and unusual, still feel strangely familiar.
