My experience so far is awful. I placed an order on 7th December 2021 for some car mats which were to be a Christmas gift for my son. I was informed that my delivery would be 13th December 2021. Delivery never arrived. Had to contact Yodel for the delivery date which was then to be 24th December 2021. The delivery driver went to the wrong address which is not Get Car Mats issue. Long story short I still have not received the car mats but I have emailed Get Car Mats on two occasions and have not had a response. I have requested a refund and still no response. Today is 6th Jan 2022 and still no response. Shocking customer service.
