Purchased a Blomberg dishwasher from Gerald Giles online. Unfortunately, it needed replacing soon afterwards. An engineer visited and confirmed he would recommend replacement as the machine was so new. Within 3 days I was contacted to say a replacement dishwasher would be given and it was installed the next week. I cannot fault the service I received from Gerald Giles/Snellings. I would like to add how careful and helpful the installation team always are. Thank you.
