the vacuum cleaner is fine and was dispatched on time, UNFORTUNATELY THEY CHOSE TO USE DHL TO DELIVER IT, THEY DELIVERED TO A HOUSE ON A DIFFERENT ROAD WITH A DIFFERENT NUMBER ABOUT HALF A MILE AWAY THEN IGNORED US WHEN WE COMPLAINED.
