Your service was quick and efficient - and you were the only company locally that was able to stop off a gas supply and install an electrical conduction hob and oven at the same time. The job was done very quickly and efficiently.
Unfortunately, the Blomberg oven you provided was definitely NOT up to scratch - but you removed it and refunded me, again quickly. It's a pity you weren't able to supply the hob and oven I had originally wanted due to 'supply issues', even though they were available from other retailers.
