I purchased a cordless dyson on 24/11. I was looking forward to using my new purchase but unfortunately on the day that it arrived it wouldn’t charge, I contacted the store straight away and was told that they would send me new one out and collect the faulty one . I waited a good few days but heard nothing so I contacted them again only to be told that I shouldn’t have been given that information and they would collect the faulty item , test it and if they were satisfied that it was faulty then they would send me a new one! So where does that leave me, because at the moment I have no new hoover and I’m £300 out of pocket, I ordered my mother in law the same Hoover on the same day, I wouldn’t have done this had I have known that the customer service was so appalling! I really wish now that I had waited for Argos or curry’s to get more stock in. There is never a problem with Argos or curry’s , anyway I’m still waiting and haven’t heard anything
