Purchased a Hyundai 420cc 14hp engine from this company . Initially the exhaust fell off after 1 hours use. A bracket was missing to hold the exhaust on, which is pictured on the advert for the product . Customer service refused to supply the bracket and indicated their disclaimer exonerated them from doing so ( sold not as seen? ) . After 6 hours use the engine block cracked and oil poured out. Customer service refused to take responsibility and I am now having to take the matter to trading standards. Avoid this nightmare company that wont take responsibility for there poorly made faulty products, that dont even come with the right parts for them to work.
